Re: OS KO Warbotron Bruticus
I thought about getting the JinBao Feral Rex and keep it in Predaking to display. I don't really transform my figures much and thought it would look good next to Toyworld Devy, but from pictures I've seen it would be smaller. I've seen pictures floating around of this oversized Bruticus, but don't think it's going to float my boat enough and my wife will probably be happy about that
I think the hobby is doing fine when oversized KO still doesn't fit the scale, lol.

Thats just your fault for paying that much. But at least you got what you wanted. We didnt know for sure Warboton would be KO'd and plus its upscale. Those who wanted a bruticus then got it and were able to enjoy it all this time and probably at the scale they wanted.
Thats the same dumb argument of people buying a toy full price when it comes out and then being sad when they see people getting it half off 1 year later at winners. They dont factor the fact that they were able to enjoy that toy as soon as possible before others. If they dont see value to that, then there was no reason for them to spend it in the first place.

OS Rex and OS Bruticus will be similar size to CW Devy. More reason to buy the CW Devy, right?

So tempted to order this!
I wasn't too impressed with CW Bruticus, this OS Warbotron looks great standing beside CW Devy ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZFJ4...tu.be&t=44m32s)!
I was pretty close to buying Jinbao Predaking recently too, but haven't done it yet... Love how they scale w/ CW Devy
As much as I'd like to have the faster shipping and boxes, storing the boxes can be a PITA!
Decisions decisions....

Yeah totally, space is a real concern as well. Space for the figures and space for the boxes!
I've dealt with the seller (John) before (a handful of purchases) and always opted to go with "free shipping", but more often than not, the shipping time was a little unbearable (sometimes close to two months) and not to mention the boxes arrived pretty battered up. But John's good with replacement parts, so there's no worries there.
