That was one of my favorite things - Despite his complaints and resistance it seemed like Unicron's programming to eliminate Magnus was permanently etched in Galvatrons mind.

And yet one more reason why it still seemed like Magnus wore the pants of leadership in season 3...that and he was featured in more episodes then Rodimus too...it's difficult to watch season 3 now and think Rodimus was the leader considering how many times Magnus was large and in charge.
