I just got a response from Toy snowman saying that as to their knowledge of the supply all is still good to receive the cone heads.

They did a YouTube video on Captain Rex cancellation and explained how the ordering process works and how TSM handles preorders. Seems like it fits why TSM is getting their order and others are not.

Since payment is up front with him I dont think the price change effects the existing preorders.
