I think his head looks great when he has his limbs detached. I think the problem is they designed it with only that situation in mind.

Hmmm.
I have Kup in hand now, and I like him a lot more.
This is endemic to CHUG Kup --- every toy looks and feels better in-hand than any promo shot! The head isn't even bothering me.
