Packages that get shipped out of there routinely go missing. Everybody suspects someone there is stealing the packages.

Yeah...had my packages start to go through Halton Hills and instantly got in customer service with Amazon and told them that I suspect the packages will go missing.

But the individual did finally say that they are aware of the situation and are looking for alternative solutions....whatever that may mean.
But it's finally someone within Amazon admitting there is a problem with fullfilment of collectibles from that facility...
