Pretty sure it will show up eventually. The last time we didn't get a Target exclusive TF was for the Bumblebee movie. But we got everything for Siege, so I see us getting a Runabout.

We are likely to get it eventually... just a matter of time.

Is it a special release, really? I don't recall any special noteworthy packaging.

Picking up a Runabout would be an odd discussion at customs on both sides of the border.

Also to consider is whether or not you would be guaranteed success in finding stock at a Target.
