BBTS Shipping Concern

So I have an odd situation I'd like to get some input on from those more experienced than I.

Last Friday about 9:30am EST I asked BBTS to ship my pile of loot.

And it has not moved beyond the Warehouse stage since then.

On my two prior orders I've asked to ship in the AM and had the order shipped by the end of the day. But on this one its now better than 2 full business days and it still hasn't left.

What I'm wondering is do larger heavier orders take longer to fulfill, have others encountered such delays?

This order is substantially bigger than my other orders comprising of a Metroplex, 3 Voyagers, 6 Deluxes, 2 Bot Shots and a 3rd party accessory.

What I'm wondering is just how much of a delay in fulfillment should I tolerate before expecting them to upgrade my shipping to make up for that delay?

Perhaps expecting that at any point is unreasonable but it seems like the fairest way to compensate for such a delay.

At any rate I'd just really like some input from others who have experienced such delays and what they did and most importantly what has BBTS done in the past if anything to rectify.

It's happened to me a few times too where it took them 3-5 days for my shipment after I clicked ship my loot.

I doubt you need to worry. Had I waited an extra half hour before making my original post I would never have posted. Just got notification that my order shipped about 10 minutes ago. May take a couple of days for yours but likely not much longer.

My last few Piles of Loot took over a week to leave the warehouse from the time I pressed ship.

Keep in mind, Monday was a holiday down in the U.S. as well as here.

But in general, for me, it usually takes anywhere from 1 to 5 days for a POL to ship. Usually the smaller the order the quicker it's shipped but not always. I've waited 3 days before for 3 deluxes to ship. Other times, I've had POLs ship the same day or the next morning after I hit 'ship my loot'.

3 to 5 days seems to have been the norm for whenever I've shipped mine as well.

It just occurred to me though, I wonder if the 'Age' of your PoL has anything to do with it sometimes. I've read different accounts to how the PoL system works behind the scenes. Maybe the older piles take longer to get everything together.

Yeah; PoLs have been slow getting out from BBTS as of late. I don't think it's an isolated issue; just must mean they have a lot of volume.

Yeah sometimes it took them longer to fulfill the shipment. It happened to me a few times.

They have probably split up you order into two boxes if you have a Metroplex in the order.
