Re: The Transformers VENTING Thread

Searching "Tra gen" usually gets you all the odd named listings on Amazon.

Re: The Transformers VENTING Thread

Isn't the Draculus transformer technically a deluxe-sized figure? and it's how much?

Hasbro Pulse price seems reasonable in comparison?

They are all over the place here in the Greater Toronto Area, the shelves shall be kept warm for Christmas.

Isn't the name "Dracula" already in the public domain? You don't need to pay Universal Studios to use it.

$73 here in Canada at both TRU and EB Games. Absolute rip-off for a redeco'd deluxe.

Even more of a rip-off for a redeco'd deluxe of a design that is known to have significant issues.

Unless they fixed the degrading plastic problem (which I doubt)

Re: The Transformers VENTING Thread

My Convobat is still OK, but I did notice that he had shifted and was "leaning" on a back surface, caused both of his "back wings" to bend in the same direction (ahhhhh!)

Corrected his positioning, and it mostly reformed back to normal

Re: The Transformers VENTING Thread

I see Amazon.ca just posted new toy figures for release in August 2022, seriously? Is that the way online toy ordering is going? Release dates just keep being pushed farther and farther. booooooo

Re: The Transformers VENTING Thread

So I can get desert camo Ramjet, Generation 2 Ramjet, and now teeny tiny unpainted grey Ramjet (with the new Galvatron) - but heaven forbid I try to get regular Ramjet.

It still baffles (and infuriates) me that a set that was described as an Amazon exclusive was not actually available through Amazon. I had the Toy Snowman page loaded and could have placed a pre-order with them, but never thought the Amazon pre-order I had would fall through. So very frustrating.

I'm hoping that some of the harder-to-get sets get some sort of re-release in the future. I lucked out with a lot of them - Thrust, Runabout, Ratchet, etc. - but not everyone did and I'd rather see all of us get a fair shot at these releases.
