I need help!

Ok, so I open up my new City Commander trailer, put it on my Ultra Magnus, and his right fist wount turn?! Im guessing too much glue was used form the factory. I tried to break up the glue with my hobby knife and after loosing a shit load of blood, I gave up.

How can I fix this, or should I just suck it up and leave it? Any thoughts?

contact the store you bought it from. Its a manufacturer's defect, they should reimburse for shipping!

If you're a daring man, you can soft clamp it and twist

Re: I need help!

The water trick sounds like a good idea, I usually just use hand strength and keep applying increasing amount of pressure. I'll also twist it back and forth to try and break it free. Adding tools usually adds problems to the toy and ones self.

Re: I need help!

Instead of twisting and risking breaking the peg that the fist is on, try putting the piece in boiling water, I know it sounds crazy but this is an old trick use to avoid breaking pegs (people do this mostly for stuff like revoltech and other part swaping peg toys).

You want to just break down that glue, and a "Ultra Magnus bath" is better then a broke fist one.

I do say, nothing beats an Ultra Magnus bath
