What kind of slight retool? I can only see that the hands are articulated like Leader Prime...that's it. Am i missing something?

I don't think it's a retool at all. It's a repackage with accessories.

Find on Amazon.com. Either through search or the leaks for awhile ago. Change .com to .ca and voila. 😀
