If they would offer the resend the item, sure, no issues, shit happens. But they're offering you a refund and you can go try to rebuy the stuff. Imagine that was the Coneheads 2 pack, I'd be flipping over tables.

waiting and hoping. No cost in keeping the preorder alive 
I survived the purge when Amazon cancelled a bunch of orders. I assume I , and every other survivor, are in a group that equals the number of preorders .ca made. Now, will they ever arrive :P
