Are the hips on anyone else's Hasbro Computron really floppy?

The ratchet joints on my Scattershot have so much give that he leans forward like he had one too many energon beers.

The other versions of the mould, the single Scattershot release, the G2 and regular Silverbolt don't have this problem. Grrrrrrrr.

Japanese exclusive that I can't remember the name of...(the set with the see through starscream and prime breakdown and roller)
