All Hail Megatron #4 Character Designs

Did anyone read this yet? The designs for Sideswipe, Sunstreaker and Ironhide seem to be taken directly from the Universe line. I'm wondering if the designs for the toy came first or the artwork for these. Either way, looks cool. Might get an idea of what future waves may look like.

They're based off the toys, I'm pretty sure of that.

Though I thought Ironhide was still his IDW self.

I doubt they are all based off the toys. Sunstreaker in Infiltration looked like he was designed off of his Alternators version where as Prowl looks like he's his Universe toy, however the comic was out long before Universe was cited as continuing so if anything the Universe version of Prowl is based off of his IDW comic version.

Um... he's referring strictly to AHM.

Guido Guidi changed up quite a few of the designs to match their Classics/Universe selves.

Starscream and co. are all based off the MP-03 mold now, Prowl, Sunstreaker and Sideswipe are the Universe figs, and Astrotrain's his Classics self minus some of the bullet train kibble, to name a few.
