Awesome, almost 4 weeks since my DOTM Jetwing Prime shipped from BBTS and still nothing.

Thanks Canada Post, I'm sure when it finally does get here you will have your hand out asking for the $30 or $40 in customs fees which I of course will have to go to the post office to pay since you guys will "attempt" to deliver my parcel even though someone will have been home all day.

Little story: I just sold a mountain bike on Ebay. The guy's from Brazil but he had me ship it to Toronto. $141 with UPS, cheapest option. Shipping to Brazil (with UPS), just for fun: over $1600. Whaaaaat?

I've had a BBTS shipment take as short as 1 week, and as long as 5 weeks. Most of the blame is on Customs, which held it up for a couple weeks.

As for customs, they almost ALWAYS hit me with duty and fees on BBTS stuff. I think that BBTS.com tape all over the box is a huge red flag that customs officials just flock to. No problems with shipments from Japan or other US shops.

Richmond customs are by far the slowest in the country. Mississauga's are the fastest, then Montreal's.

Honestly, I've just gotten used to waiting upwards of 2 weeks for anything farther than the next couple of cities away, be it something from Washington/another province, or another country like Greece or China. Oddly enough, the fastest package I've gotten (other than stuff within the province that is) came from KOtoys of all places, and only cost 8 dollars to ship here. I had literally no problems at all with that purchase, which after reading into things more, made me very happy.

Also, the funniest ones have been orders where the tracking indicates them having gone back & fourth from Vancouver & Richmond multiple times before coming my way, where I think one of which even went to Vernon, back to the Vancouver area, back to Richmond, and then to me in Kelowna. Granted, I still got my shit so I'm not complaining, but it was still kinda funny to see.
