Probably just a repaint of their not-unicron, which is a very cool figure

Its s orange/grey repaint that some say is the intended colours from the animated movie before a digital rerender was done that made him appear more blue orange.
Its the exact same figure otherwise and a good figure overall.
Fyi sites like tfdirect have an addon kit for this guy that offers larger rings for planet mode to improve the oversll look.

I have the first version. Quick take:

-Amazing robot mode, really sturdy and a fastastic sculpt.
-great materials, great joints, good overall quality (I'm sure there are some QC issues out there, but generally this one has been pretty good from what I see on TFW2005)
-I personally find the symmetry of the figure (side to side/front to back) annoying
-Lot's of sharp points, not fun to handle
-Very difficult to transform...both mechanically (certain joints are too stiff), panels hard to align, and challenging to manipulate into the ball shape (HasLab Unicron is a breeze by comparison)
-the look of the planet mode is 'ok'...obviously way better than the old Hasbro Armada mold but far inferior to HasLab

As a display piece in both mode next to small bots, like Legends, it's incredible.

It's a great figure. I have the first release and no issues. This color scheme is based off of the Takara Universal Dominator Unicron from 2010. It has a more Unicron Trilogy scheme (similar). I prefer the original as it's more movie accurate, but this one looks good too.

I think the orange/gray is a homage to the Takara "Welcome to 2010" Universal Dominator Unicron that used the tweaked Armada mould.
