That might make sense. Because it literally seemed like the e-mail I got was cut and paste with some names changed around, but whoever did mine screwed up and moved some other elements out of place too.

They are pretty middle of the road in my experience. I'm honestly prepared for the "oops, we didn't get enough so we cancelled your order" email.

Anyone else have to wait quite a bit for a TRU refund? Cancelled my preorder for MPM-12 on the 2nd. Still haven't gotten my money back..

Preorder they usually only take an authorization but they don't charge upfront until it ships.

Oh people got thrust from the TRU website but they had to order some freaking mislabeled thor figure to get it.

Yeah so for my pre-ordered figures that were cancelled by mistake, I ended up getting a call from my local TRU that they had them and I could come in and get them. The initial screwup and communication wasn't it great, but TRU made it right. You don't get that kind of service from Amazon or Walmart.
