People complain about CMD Store all the time, but it's possible to get everything at retail price from them and boy they deliver. When I buy local, I either buy from them or Geekstuff. No bad surprises, ever.

Yeah, definitely agree with you there. Everything that CMD promises to get is pretty much always fulfilled and they have also been getting releases a lot earlier than many retailers.

Yep.
It's unfortunate that many people just see the markup as a 3rd party seller on Amazon, Walmart, etc..
I'd be fairly certain in guessing that Amazon, Walmart, and the like take a significant share from the markup for allowing third-party sellers to post on their site -- (probably like how Ticketmaster adds on fees again when someone re-sells their tickets through Ticketmaster.)

Agree that CMD gets a bad rap from people scouring WM website and seeing CMD "markups"
If it was a local option (and avoid shipping), I might give them my business too - alas

Did you preorder from NMC? If so, I'd cancel that shit asap. From the looks of it, their distributors are a bunch of gorillas that send them crates of bananas instead of action figures.
