No idea, he's the one character I know very little about, I haven't heard anything about him being in the show either, most likely he will appear at some point.

Didn't a report from Botcon mentioned that Oislick will not appear in the show(and probably the only non-show character to be made as a toy)?? I think i read something about that.

From what I read, Oilslick would be in the comic, but not the cartoon...yet.
