You can do price adjustment @ TRU within 30 days of the purchase. So, yes, you are eligible for one.

On another note: their refund/return policy is within 45 days of the purchase. So, you can potentially has a price adjustment by asking them to refund it and then repurchase it for you. It the customer service rep. gave you a hard time saying you can't have price adjustment done for a purchase over 30 days ago (but within 45 days) just politely ask him/her, "ok, how about I refund it and repurchase it now? What's the difference?" Just my experience... YMMV.
