Transformers RPM

So, lately , I've been itching to purchase some of the RPMs out there but I want the diecast version.

I know not a lot of people collect these but I want to start. Are they out in Canada or is eBay my only option? The ones I've been seeing at the stores, i think, are plastics.

I'm not out to collect all of them but a few of the main characters would be nice.

Has anyone started collected these. Plastic or diecast?

Re: Transformers RPM

Metal Heroes are not out yet in Canada. I got all the plastic molds released so far save for Jetfire, but I plan to collect all the different die-cast ones as well.

Re: Transformers RPM

I was checking out the Canadian Checklist and I didn't see a section for the Metal Heroes Series. This is why I'm not sure if they are coming to Canada.

Anyways, Pascal, how's the quality of the plastic ones?

Re: Transformers RPM

I like them, they're nicely detailed, they roll superbly, some of them have moveable parts (Mixmaster, Long Haul, Rampage, Bonecrusher) but I can't compare to Matchbox cars and the likes, I've never collected those.

Re: Transformers RPM

Thanks Pascal. I might just get me some of those plastic ones then.

I've had a few Matchbox when I was a kid. They were very durable. The paint was the only thing that didn't last.

Re: Transformers RPM

They aren't on those checklists because they are part of the 2010 line
