Just contacted customer service again and they said the warehouse that this item is shipping from was shut down due to Covid (that's why the shipping has been funky). I guess we wait then...

General Tekno's was straight up "return to sender'd" and mine has gotten lost in the void... I'm going to be very nice to the underpaid Amazon employee while I complain about this.

TBF, last time this happened (with Ratchet & Lifeline) it got lost for weeks, and then showed up, after they sent a replacement. So.. Maybe I'll get one for free again? I don't have hope XD
