2) I designed the overload part because I think it's kind of waste for the left part of Hulk.
As u can see, the ape head is just from Beast Machines Optimus Primal, very little need to be modify here. I probably just repaint his eyes to red.
To make sure the arms of ape can be easily attached and removed to form the arms of ape and Superion, at the same time pretty secure, I cut some McDonalds bionicle toy's arm as the conneciton part, those toys' plastic is good, kind of like rubber.
4) The truck trailer is from some kid's toys, no more than $10, I think. I got it from value village, just $2.
3) To fit Superion's role, I repainted everything to silver and red.
