MISB being returned, I understand, but I would be irked if I expected to get a brand new figure, but got one that was previously used. (even if transformed once, it is previously used). I buy used figures all the time, but I know it is used. When I buy from a major retailer, I expect it to be MISB. I suppose most won't care, but I would, because I personally don't think a used figure is worth the original price no matter how mint. But whatever. To each their own.

I have a question to those that purchased or played with a leader Bulkhead...
Does his jaw open and close when you press the Autobot symbol on his chest?
All the ones I've seen so far (QTY4) the head just swings to the right and of course lights flash and a phrase comes out of him too, but no jaw movment...

Mine has jaw movement. It's pretty cool. Although it does not move to the words, just opens when you press down on the button.

I had the same problem. Try pressing down on the Autobot symbol harder. That seems to work for me.

I tried pressing hard (on his symbol) on one of them, but it made no difference. I guess I'm not having the best of luck in finding ones that work. The hunt continues...

I forgot to mention to try pressing down harder and faster. Since it's a spring gimmick, it may need to be loosened up a bit. You may want to take out the batteries first because I had to do it multiple times before the feature worked properly.

Actually ya i had the same problem at first with Bulkhead. his mouth and eyebrows would move, just his head. After a week or so it's started working like a charm.
