Missing eyes on TFSS Ultra Mammoth

So at TFCon, I organized a purchase of a Ultra Mammoth with board member Blackdragon113, and I would say I got a fairly good price for him. The toy overall is in great condition, and I believe Blackdragon when he said he only transformed it once but there is one problem; he has no eyes. i wasn't sure if he was supposed to have any but according to all the other pictures of the figure I can find online, he should have a pair of bright red peepers where he ain't got none. I've already contacted Blackdragon113 who says he didn't notice it and I believe him, I didn't notice myself until I looked at it from the side. It was probably a factory error, giving how minor it is. Now I can live with this given how long it took me to notice, and he is still an amazing toy despite his blindness, but it would still be nice to see if I can get the missing eye piece. Since I'm not a TFSS member, I don't think I can ask them for a replacement part but would you think the eyes from a Nemesis Prime or a Big Convoy make a sufficient replacement?

Sorry, you are right. The first photo is the front without flash.

You can see the inside of the back of his head straight through, but since it's dark and the back is red, it's not terribly noticable. That is, until you turn his head to the side

where it becomes apparent that they are missing. Compared to this image I found from TFW2005. His eyes are clearly BRIGHT red, either painted bright red or red transluscent.

That's what I'm saying. The missing piece is the eyes. Mine looks like that because they are not there. Here's a photo, this time with flash. You can see straight through the head to the back.

it's a factory defect that got passed the assembly line. I have this same issue with my Generations Voyager Springer. I took the head apart and found the eyes snapped off the main transparent piece.

You could try to contact TFSS since the customer service is top notch! I had a couple issues i.e. missing missile for Slipstream and missing door piece for Breakdown all replaced in a timely fashion. The concern is this subscription ended over a year ago and they may not be able to find a spare for Ultra Mammoth. Good luck!
