They don?t have a 3D printer for this stuff. That?s not how Hasbro operates.

Quick update so I spoke to hasbropulse and they are replacing my two cannons for victory saber. They said will take 7- 10 days to arrive by mail. So we will see

I got the QC issue of too much plastic in where the sword goes into Saber's jet mode. So I decided to contact Hasbro Pulse about it.
I just really hope Hasbro Pulse can replace my Saber with a new one. I'm super worried about the possibility they won't. Whats the best way to make sure I can get that.

Man I lost the QC lottery with Star Saber. I think this is the one the dude at the factory trained on.

There is a pretty high likelihood they won't replace it based on the problem you are mentioning. Don't take that as they won't, but they have been pretty stingy in the past with replacing whole Haslabs. Parts they seem to be better with replacing, but whole Haslabs not so much.
If they do you'll probably also have to return the one you have.

Also was told by Pulse to call the QC dept with is just Global Customer Care, which closes at 1pm on Fridays. Such great hours they keep!
