I love being in Bramladesh !!! I knew the second I saw who I hit...all I could think was here comes years of court dates, good thing he couldn't decide what part of him was injured. I guess this means he finally made up his mind.

I wouldn't worry about it dude, I got sued by the passenger of a drunk driver who hit me (I had to be cut out of a car for f*ck's sake!) When there's a failed insurance claim, and someone lawyers up, they try to sue everyone involved in the accident.

The case against me was dropped after a few years, never even got submitted to the courts.

His excuse was that because he made a lane change I should have slowed down to let him in, knowing that he wanted into the gas station for gas...

He was charged with improper lane change.

Damn man I don't understand people now a days...here's hoping it's dropped quickly...i'm assuming the insurance company will provide me with a lawyer. Otherwise I just might counter sue him for damages and the new car that sunk me back into debt.

You have insurance for this very reason. He technically cannot sue you directly. Only serve you directly. You simply hand it all over to your insurance company and they deal with it and cover you for your liability. (Mine is 1.5 million). So if I got sued through an accident etc and lost. The insurance company has to cover the first 1.5 million and I get nailed with anything over that.

Now if you don't have insurance then your screwed and you deal with it yourself.
