Cause he cut across 3 lanes of traffic without signaling and slammed his brakes on in front of me to make a right turn to get some gas, which gave me 150m of space between him and me while doing 80kph
His excuse was that because he made a lane change I should have slowed down to let him in, knowing that he wanted into the gas station for gas...
He was charged with improper lane change.

Damn man I don't understand people now a days...here's hoping it's dropped quickly...i'm assuming the insurance company will provide me with a lawyer. Otherwise I just might counter sue him for damages and the new car that sunk me back into debt.
