I just noticed the T&C page has been updated again.
The first update (March 10) was done after I pointed out to him that the website was mentioning 15% cancellation fee (for which he had called me a liar
). He then changed it to 10%.
Now I noticed he added "The customer will be responsible for paying the $20 fee for any disputes they attempt to pursue with their card company in an effort to circumvent store cancellation policies or skip ahead of others in the support queue and receive their refund faster."
