Aces Toy Store
I just made a purchase about a month ago and an item was under pre-order. So I waited for about a month and now the pre-order has been sold out.
I contacted to see what was up with my order and no response. They were very responsive during the initial order when I had a question. I just want to know if anyone has dealt with them and share any stories or vouch that they are generally good when it comes to customer issues.

I ordered from them.I only asked about setup as their site wouldn't acknowledge my canadian address.Everything arrived with no issues so didn't have to write them and shipping was lightning fast as got it in 1 1/2 weeks.The proper name eludes me at the moment but i ordered the jb evil optimus head and the headrobots blood kit.Hope this helps.

With that Bryce mentioned, if it's the US one he is a reputable member off TFW, but there is a clone store from China, wouldnt trust that one.

Hmm... are you reffering to ACToys?
Because the site I made the purchase from resembles KO Toys which made me feel sketchy but TFW2005 members have ordered there before without issues....

I believe that is run by daelite20 over on tfw. Ive got stuff from him before with no issues.

The one is, the other isn't, there's two, one is based in china and has a ko toys clone-ness, the other is daelite's
