Grabbed one last month on a Monday afternoon. By refreshing the page every so often and just got lucky. The weird thing is, there appeared to be 30 available in inventory and then suddenly sold out, never any indication of dwindling stock. I've seen this happen before on other high demand Amazon pre-orders. Maybe that's the way it is for pre-orders on their site.

Received my Ramjet. When I ordered there was no tax but I can see they added it back on when shipped. Guess that’s going to happen to all my preorders

Yup, the tax exemption was only to apply to items charged and shipped at that time. Be no different then if someone paid their Gamestop preorder in full during the window. It woild charge the taxes at the time of shipping/pickup.

Managed to finally get in a pre-order for the 86 Constructicons commander 2-pack a few days ago when it went live again for like 10 minutes... so we'll see how that goes.


Also, weirdly, noticed that Legacy Cosmos popped up again yesterday with a shipping ETA of this weekend vs the pre-order I've had for several weeks that says it won't ship until May, so I tried it out and, voila, it charged immediately and already shipped this morning.


Now to see if .ca ups the street date for the first wave Constructicons and Aerialbots the way .com did.
