Me vs Ebay vs Megatron

Ugh. I tried placing a bid at the very end of an auction for a complete G1 Action Masters Megatron but SURPRISE, instead of validating my bid, Ebay wasted my precious time displaying that message:

you can't always control the environment of which is your hunting grounds..you need to be fast..able to adapt..but even your best efforts..you may not be able to take the shot. That's still better than newbies who bid outrageous amounts right at the beginning of the auction and that end up paying way more because they're out of control.
