Don't know if we're using this as a discussion forum too like our other forums, but I'm currently having some issues with Hasbro Pulse's customer service. Just recieved a figure from HP and the figures packaging is crushed and torn. I emailed them using their email address and have not received a response in over 10 days. I sent another email, so we'll see what happens from their. You'd think for such a large company they'd at least be able to get back to you in a reasonable amount of time.

^^ I had a question about one of my orders, never heard back after several days (I don't think it was as long as 10 days, but definitely over 1 week and WELL over the 24-48 hours that is reasonable)...
I ended up cancelling. Hope they up their game...very uncool.

Hopefully it's not getting bad - I've interacted w Pulse customer service twice, and the outcomes have been great/OK both times
Which is to say, it's never been "bad"

I wrote to them exactly two weeks ago today about an order received that had crushed packaging, and no response yet. Pretty crummy.
Update: I just got a response, and I’m getting a replacement figure.

Was the items inside the parcel box crushed, or the entire parcel box itself as well?
I see you received help, but after 10 days not a good look on them. I try the live chat during business hours as its direct contact usually..but never had serious issues tbh.

There were actually 2 items in the package, one arrived fine, the other was crushed. They put absolutely no protection in the box to prevent damage, they just threw the figures in a cardboard box (even Amazon throws in an air packet to protect the item). For $30 USD shipping plus import fees, that's some terrible protection they're including.
I have the Haslab Victory Saber on order from them, so I hope they don't deliver it like this...
I'll try the live chat if I don't get a response soon.

all my customer service interactions with Pulse have sucked. the two times i got damaged figures, i got "replacement" figures of no relationship to what i bought. the 2nd time, i got a misassembled vehicon from the breakdown/vehicon 2-pack (2 right leg pieces). They asked for pictures of the toy, the bar code on the box, and took weeks to reply. after a few months and while they still had stock and i specifically asked them NOT to send me a random figure several times, I STILL got a random figure (SS BB Thrust) as compensation.
i've heard the same from other people who had problems with their toys from Pulse. hopefully you have better luck.

It's one of the nice things with preordering from Pulse. The shipping might be expensive but they'll do multiple shipments as the items come in.
