I livechated amazon when my order was 3 days late, when I did they didn't even tell me to wait for the remainder of the time and just issued a refund right away. It was like they knew I wasn't going to receive anything. I then ordered it again with giftwrap and it came the very next day.

And my 2nd attempt at Ratchet and lifeline, which was supposed to be delivered last night by 10 PM hasn’t even changed to out for delivery. It left Halton Hell on Monday. Can’t even order it from Amazon.ca anymore. Damn them. Ordered again with Gift Wrap option from Amazon.com. Hopefully this will actually deliver it.

Well not having great luck. I have officially ordered the Galactic Ratchet & Lifeline pack 4x. 2 are for sure no shows after the "now expected..." expired and 1 more is in limbo.
The agent today said they are going to send out another which they will ensure makes it to me.
Here's hoping.

Have you tried adding the gift wrap option? I did it for my second order and it arrived safely. First order got refunded as it got stolen/lost. It's an extra 5 bucks but worth if it arrives.

Yes the 3rd one is gift wrapped with a card for the kids that's supposed to be here Monday.

You know it could be the driver or packer or someone gets COVID-19 and they quarantine the whole lot, but I don't seem to be missing other packages but then again most of the others stuff ships out of Vancouver.

Done the gift option but still saying item is lost on my third time. Like I said before, something is wrong with the amazon exclusives. It’s weird. Only the warehouse that holds the items know what is going on probably .

My second purchase has been missing after leaving Kent, WA back on the 14th.

As a precaution I ordered a third one and marked it as a "gift" though no gift wrapping. It just arrived in Richmond, BC this morning for delivery today so fingers crossed.
