I'm also in Van, and my Medic set came up from Kent, WA straight to Vancouver. It's marked as Out For Delivery right now, so we'll see if I actually get it.

FWIW my Medic set went through Halton hills and was delivered safely, not only that but mine wasnt packaged, just a lable on Selects box which may as well have been a giant "STEAL ME STEAL ME STEAL ME" sign

Just for the record, mine package did arrive after stuck at Halton Hill for over a week.

My medics just got delivered and they were in a padded envelope. It was delivered by Intelcom. For the people who are having yours cancelled or returned, who was your carrier?

I doubt Intelcom is responsible for packing products, and/or selecting packing materials.
