Who's the BIGGER Bad A$$?
When it comes down to it, who really is the bigger bad ass? Optimus Prime or Megatron? We all know that Optimus usually hands Megatron his ass but Megs isn't a wimp either, he always comes back for more.
So, considering the cartoon series (all generations), comics, and the movies, and yes, even the video game - who is the final hands down bad ass and why?
No substitute transformers please

Kinda depends on the series, but from my perception Prime is the bigger bad ass...
G1--Prime can take a beating: gets blown off the side of a cliff, rolls over several times and still manages to transform. He then proceeds to steal Sideswipe's rocket pack, gets blasted out of the air and is still OK. In a fight he has a Cosmotron failure, gets blasted by Lazerbeak and still kicks Megatron's a$$ after getting fixed, looses his arm, has it attached to a strange building, still saves the day--and even Lord Chumley can't serve him papers.
By comparison, Megs is all talk and can't deliver the punishment--can't control Starscream, has troops that squabble endlessly, is manipulated by the insecticons, has triple changes make mayhem in town--and tells the troops to retreat at the slightest shift in advantage.
Live action movie--Okay, Prime is bada$$...maybe even too much so. Mostly in ROTF, whereby he blows a hole in Demolisher's head, comes back from the dead (ugh) and shaves the front of the head off the fallen.
Compartively, Megs is subservant, ancillary and otherwise easily broken despite having a massive horde of endless troops poofing down into the desert.
Paint him yellow, I say.

Two words.... Decepticons Retreat....
I mean really, he needed the powers of all the decepticons to beat Prime in a one on one fight.

OP, he's like Hogan in the 80's WWF, gets his ass handed to him, then summons power from somewhere and returns the beating to megs.
