Lockdown's back is made of clear plastic painted black. Anything that can remove the faction symbol will also remove the paint. I'd recommend you just paint over it.

Or you could always put a purple Decepticon sticker over all gold Decepticon symbols like I do.

True, but I wanted no faction symbols on Lockdown, since he's technically not really a decepticon.
Thanks for all the help guys, I've been using India Ink for black touch ups, but I'll have to hunt to see what kind of paint to match lockdown's car roof.
Oh, and Pascal, glad to hear that the rubbing alcohol worked on Shockwave, that will be the first thing I will do on mine once it hits retail
