For Nintendo stuff, I recommend Nintendo life:

They cover everything, and they're good for 3DS/DSi and downloadable titles.
I also read IGN and 1UP reviews because between the two of them, there's enough information to filter out the hype.

Reviews on the Run whenever I happen to catch it (G4, where ever...). I still miss Tommy Tallarico. High Heat Baseball, anyone?

Other than that, if I'm looking for video game discussion or videos, I go with the guys at Rooster Teeth. Check out their video guide for finding all the Terminals and Skulls in Halo Anniversary. Some of the funniest stuff I've seen all year. And their podcast is the best!
