I'm still waiting on mine; I'll probably just pick him up somewhere else now. I've been trying to give EB the benefit of the doubt, but I can't continue much longer.
I had 3 EB pre-orders from December - BW Megatron, Cyclonus and Scourge. The only one I got a call for was Scourge. I ended up buying Cyclonus during a Toys R Us sale.
I was trying to give EB a chance, but 1/3 isn't a very good score. I guess I won't shop there in the future.

Guess so.. it was available just a few days ago. I know that I checked the TFs listing just a day or two (three at the most) ago and Tracks was still showing the pre-order pricing.

I've been checking for several days now and it's been out of stock every time. I guess it was brief and I just missed it. Weird that no one reported it being in stock though.
Edit: I was confused, Tracks was available at the same time as the other figures in the wave.

Oh geez, nevermind. I just checked my preorders and I already got him. For some reason I thought he was in a later wave because we just started seeing in-hand photos.
