I managed to get in a pre-order for him and Bumblebee but I see now that bumblebee is showing as "discontinued" which is disconcerting as it never even arrived here in my neck of the woods on store shelves. |
HLJ is selling the Japanese release of these figures (basically the same as the Worldwide ones but with Japanese language on the box) so their discontinued status is tested to japan.
Also, HLJ puts items as discontinued when they have sold (ie people’s cards actually charged instead of just a preorder) all of their stock when it is not an evergreen item like modeling supplies but a single release and done (like toys). It doesn’t mean you can’t find them somewhere else in japan, just not at HLJ.

I did ship to store for Netflix OP, ordered Dec 5 and still no update. I’m not in a rush but not sure if I should order somewhere else lol.

Yeah but a month and a half is way too long. Something probably went wrong, especially since then OP has been available on the website multiple times.
