I originally wasn't gonna get these, but when I looked it up and saw they complete the Race Track Patrol, I caved (at this sale price)

Still holding out hope they'll complete the teams; even if they forget all the others, I want the Race Car Patrol completed, want muh heckin blue dragster Tailspin, damn it!

Stop trying to be a cop. You have no proof this ever happened apart from an Amazon CS saying it might have happened because they didn't want to talk to you anymore

Re: Amazon.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion

Amazon just issued a refund for my Grimlock and Mirage set which never even went out for delivery. The incompetence is astounding.

Seriously though, wtf is going on with this set? Undeliverable packages, orders not shipping, preorders with no delivery date. Hasbro needs to stop giving Amazon these sets to sell, they're completely unreliable. Other small online retailers have this set, but they've doubled the price. I still have my Amazon.com order for November, so fingers crossed...

Re: Amazon.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion

Phantom packages that don't actually exist is my guess. They're "fulfilling" the order by the intended ship date and them "sending them back" to make it look like they actually did their job properly, when in fact they screwed up on the release date and never actually had the items to begin with.

Anyway, I complained to their chat rep and got a $5 credit for my trouble. They told me to add it to my wishlist and that I'd be notified when it comes back in stock. Yeah, right.

Yeah, I've got an order in there too. I'm just annoyed they claimed it was on its way when the item wasn't even supposed to be released until November. And now my preorder had been cancelled, because of their screwup.

Mine still says they will notify me when it ships. So I should expect it to stay like this until November?

That's what I would do, if I still had an order. The release date on Amazon.com is November 15th.
