I've bought some stuff from Amazon.com with free shipping to Canada, but they're mostly Chinese or Japanese sellers. You have to be careful though, sometimes it's free shipping to US only and you'll only see it when you go to pay for the item.
They sell some 3rd party stuff, but usually prices aren't great; although you can use the amazon credit card, they don't charge foreign exchange fee.
