I got two emails re: Cosmos preorder, myself
Literally at the same time
-> #1 "problem with ur payment" (card was balance unavailable at the time)
-> #2 "your item has shipped!"
I took a gamble & called regarding the CC issue, figured they might be holding it waiting for proper CC payment
"u got to call your credit card provider"
"dog, that's YOU, it's a WM Rewards MasterCard"
"etc etc"
Anyways, it didn't matter because the package literally arrived the very next day! So I guess the 2nd email "overrode" the 1st one, and it really had already shipped out
But I agree w/ above, I'd be hesitant to call about it (not like my call helped anything anyways), cause those supervisors are gonna "I can see you are seeking a swift resolution to this issue, so we'll cancel your order, and that's the resolution"
