iGear small bots question
iGear Brawn, Huffer, Bumblebee, Gears, Cliffjumper, Seaspray, Beachcomber, are they smaller than a Henkei Deluxe i.e: Prowl, Jazz, wheeljack etc...? or the same size?

Re: iGear small bots question
They vary amongst themselves.
Huffer is legend size. Brawny and beachcomber are smaller then a deluxe but not by too much, say half and inch and others like gears and swerve are almost deluxe size but very blocky and thick.
Seapspray is almost the same size as the original g1 version.
Dont know why the line started legendish size and then upped to less-then-deluxe size but it did.
Also in question is why the colours started out great then went pastel.
Huffer came in a nice orange and a repaint in a bright orange. Seapspray was perfect colours and then a shiny chrome. Brawny was g2 accurate and cartoon version accurate then...
Gears was pastel blueish lightish redish, swerve was straight up salmon (i colour matched at home depot, it came up salmon!) And beach comber was powder blue. (Fits the character though)
I so wanted a proper blue beachcomber- but alas! T'was not so.

Re: iGear small bots question
Brawn - igear
Gears - maketoys
Cliffjumper - mp (small scale as classic cliffjumper)
Bumblebee - toyworld bii
Rachet - igear medical specialist (slightly too big for my taste though)
Ironhide - same
huffer - igears
Seaspray - maketoys
Beachcomber - igear (if you can overlook the powder blue. Great mold)
Cosmos - legends
powerglide - combiner wars
Prowl - definately comhiner wars for me. Way better than the classic/ universe mold)
Bluestreak -custom combiner wars? Havent seen a good version yet at a good scale
Smokescreen - combiner wars all the way. Beautiful head mold. Striking colors. Good scale
Thats the way im set up. They all look good together.
You didnt mention warpath. Generations ver. Is good but for him i prefer the badcube wardog.

Did your post not ask about mini-bots going towards more of a classics scale? How did you jump to MP?

You should forget about scale accuracy if you are collecting c.h.u.g. transformers. It is impossible.

Re: iGear small bots question
Then if scale is impossible, then Combiner Wars Megatron would look good with the rest of the Decepticons Deluxe figures
