There are listings for anywhere from 1 to 30 of the CR1025 batteries, mostly for under $1 per battery, and free next-day shipping from North America. Buy a multipack and have spares, or group buy. If you don't mind waiting a few days for them to arrive in the mail, it sure beats driving around town hunting for them, and cheaper too!
I believe you need 2 of them. The booklet says that you can use either CR1020 or CR1025 in the head, and CR1025in the arm.

I found batteries for him at Home Depot. Also, fantastic news about shipping hands out for 1st run orders. You rock!
The new site and OoH will certainly make ordering from you an even better pleasure than it already is

MakeToys is pretty bad at communication. It'd be nice if they had been more honest with their delays, instead of continually pushing it forward one month at a time.

I really want those mobine releases ><

Do you happen to remember the cost of the batteries at Home Depot?

Any word on whether or not you'll be receiving Quake or any of the other supposed "rumoured bonus parts" with the Crossfire 02 set?

Re: Sponsor Update: Automaton Toys - Newsletter for March 15!

Future Shop has the C1025 singles for 2.54 each. Since I only need 2 I only bought 2 but they did have a bunch of them. 7.00 at Home Depot, huh? Now is that singles or bulk?

Any idea when more pre-orders for Quake Wave will go up?

Thanks

So yeah, future reference, while they still exist, Future Shop, 6.00 and change got me 2 batteries. I'd go with that unless the online thing is cheaper.
