Same thing happened with me and the Sideswipe 2-pack, paid full price and thought it'd vanish off Amazon in a month's time, but what can you do.

Yeah. I have no regrets for something like that. One might be able to take a guess they might not sell as well as Ironhide/ratchet and the coneheads, but still, once burned, twice shy.

Probably, Hasbro has said in the past that they will avoid releasing one figure as part of a set without doing the rest.

Ya recently paid 130 for Goldbug 4 pack.. was able to sell Ransack for 25 and the other two still in the boxes in the closet. Useless figures. The previous amazon 2 packs having earth modes and random repaints no one cared about was pretty insidious.
