pretty sure it would have been online, i never go into the stores. more over i dont think a store order would have been delivered to my door

Your preorders made in-store do show up on the website under your account. Click on My transactions and then click on Transactions In-store. All of my $0 preorders that I placed in-store show up along with my other transactions. I doubt it would be accessible to some people and not others. Double-check to make sure.
