I'm pretty sure we'll be seeing Titan Class versions of Omega and Scorponok in 2018 and 2019. They wouldn't have given the fans the option of choosing them if there weren't already plans to have them produced. The fan poll was more for seeing which one should be produced first as opposed to which should be produced at all.

Umm we just did in Combiner Wars, there's no way we'll get them in Titan Wars
