Question about shipping from China

Hey guys! This is my first time ordering from China - I ordered a package from TFSafari at the beginning of January, and through tracking I was able to see that the carrier is Yun Express. I was also given a second tracking number which belongs to Ant-Eparcel. Through Reddit, I also discovered that Ant-Eparcel also uses another company called UniExpress to ship locally. Since I haven't gotten an update in more than a week, I was wondering if any of you have any experience with Ant-Eparcel and UniExpress?

I haven't ordered a lot from china but it's not uncommon to have no updates for 2-3 weeks sometimes.
Also with the pandemic expect longer delays.

From my experience ordering from China, there can be long periods of radio silence. The package can also take quite a long time to arrive depending on what type of shipping you selected.

One month to arrive is a regular occurrence. Longer shipping times than that isn't out of the question. As long as the place you're buying from has a solid track record, you should be OK.

It also depends if it's ground or air shipping, but the pandemic wreak havoc either way.

I ordered something from Malaysia ground shipped June 2020 and it arrived Jan 2021. That's a total of 7 months shipping.

There was radio silence for stretches as long as 2 months in between.

I ordered from tfdirect once and waited a little more than 2 months before an update arrived. Once i git the update the package acyually arrived in 2 days.
Mostly the delay is covid related but the items do eventually arrive just fine. Sirtoys is also there and they average 3 weeks without provlems. The tracking generally switches to local once it arrives in the country

I order from Show Z Store and during this pandemic it has taken upwards of two months to get larger packages and as little as two weeks for smaller ones.

TF Safari is really good with their customer service. You will most likely get your order, but it could take longer due to the delay in shipments everywhere. If it's taking too long, just contact their customer service:

I've also had packages go silent, then all of a sudden Canada post is out to deliver and their tracking updates all of a sudden

Yeah, that's due to the fact that they use a slower shipping service for larger packages (that allows them to provide free shipping).

I've ordered about 4 times from them during the pandemic and no issue. It's slow due to the pandemic.

The first time, they informed me that they had to wait to send my order out because if the issues due to COVID had completey screwed their post office up and there was a higher risk of loss than waiting a bit... once things got better (about a month later) they sent it out. It took about 3-4 weeks.

The following packages all took about 2-3 weeks.

TFSafari has amazing service and I will pick them over many other stores.
