That's even worse. Are we become a dumping site for all North American's DOTM toys?

Re: What the slag is up with Toys 'R' Us?
I feel like the only thing we are seeing at TRU are TMNT (new toys out) and Angry Birds. Marvel has sucked, SW has sucked and Transformers is pretty much non-existant.

At least I'm savin' money.

Same here. The store didn't stock anything new in 2012 TF-wise except PRID Voyagers. They stopped stocking Star Wars 3 3/4 figures in November of 2011. Only new Marvel items they got in all year were some Avengers things. Then they closed. No sale, no notice. Just gone. Maybe the company is in trouble.

It's one way TRU could "get back" at Hasbro, because remember TRU has lots of other toylines to sell, but Hasbro has limited stores that they can distribute too.

Except it TRU's own stupid fault that they had so many of those things. It's the retail chain that decides how big an order they want, and are notorious for over-ordering launch waves so they can get some kind of bulk discount. And as for 3x Bumblebee per case - that's partly due to retailer demand as well. They ASK for lots of Bumblebee, so Hasbro has to give it to them, against their better judgement. If Hasbro stuck to their guns we'd all be better off, unfortunately the retailers are likely to just go somewhere else if they don't get what they want.

I wonder if all Hasbro properties are taking this long to renew? Does TRU have the new Kre-O sets? I didn't notice.

Re: What the slag is up with Toys 'R' Us?
They have the new Prime based Kre-O sets, but none of the blind packs (they never have in my experience), and none of the combiners.
The last TRU I went to was still jammed with HFTD deluxes, and the TRU at Dufferin Mall is awash in DOTM deluxes!
It's really pathetic.

What's dumb is that the preview wave of microchangers sold out, no problem. Regular kreo sets, not as well. The new microchangers would sell.

Hamilton has a couple Beast Hunters and smaller Beast Hunter Kreo-sets. That's all that is new that I have seen

Re: What the slag is up with Toys 'R' Us?
The TRU near me just opened at XMas, and was quite a sight to behold with dozens of MP Prime and Thundercrackers. They got Wave 1 FOC and recently some newer Prime Legends but no sign of Beast Hunters or newer FOC.
I was just in the US and TRU had new stock so this might be Canada only.
Has someone tried contacting TRU?
If they continue to not stock TFs it's not a huge problem, I'll just rely more on specialty and Cybertron.ca sponsors.
Still, I do love walking in and seeing all that stock!!!
