tried to get the exclusives for the 6.99 price but it said only the animated and universe were on sale. This is MTL booo!

No Rollbacks aren't permanent. They don't have a specific time frame like a sale though, they just last for a while and then disappear (usually a little under a month? but varies). They don't advertise 'Roll-Ups' they just sneak the price back up.

Also, this sale definitely doesn't include movie deluxes, which seems strange given how they just sit there. Maybe the Wal-Mart head office people look at sales figures and still think movie stuff sells the best based on last summer/fall's figures?...

I went to WM at 10 and nothing. Went back at 11:30 (just 'cause) and yup, 6.97 bought 2 sentinel primes, 2 swoops, elite BB, a Slag, a Soundwave, Tankor, Acid Storm and Galvatron . Less than 80 bucks.
