Do I have to call TRU to cancel a preorder? I don't see any option to cancel orders that are in the "processing" stage on their website.

Also does TRU charge immediately on preorders or only once it ships?

I sent them a message or an email through their website to cancel a preorder just last week, and it worked fine.

They also don't charge until they ship.

lol, they're just messing with everyone at this point. There's probably one somewhere in the middle of nowhere but that's it.


I laugh that they still have Thrust listed like 3 months after it was discontinued but can't manage to get their Kingdom listings up to date enough for me to see if they have Dinobot.

Looks like it was in Brossard, Quebec. I have a list of postal codes I scroll thru to find where these orphans are. 99 times out of 100 it's just an inventory problem. I like how EB's site will let you see what store has stock across the country on a map... and it's usually right.

EDIT: Confirmed it was an inventory problem as I tried to buy it. They cancelled the order.

I pre-ordered g2 Ramjet cause I'm losing faith that Amazon will come through one year on after ordering. At least I'll get one version and I prefer it over Sandstorm. Wish they'd make some color swap of Dirge. Was there ever a g2 dirge or even a mockup?

So was reading through this thread and saw the TRU link, so figured let’s have a look you never know. Thrust showed up for home delivery.

So tried ordering him and order went through.

Let’s see how this pans out, guessing it’ll either get cancelled or they’ll ship me a Tim Hortons Barbie
